If you are not happy with the custom club name upgrade (£1.50), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request one
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt to request a refund, or email us at support@footballbosssim.com and we will help.
After a refund
Your money goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. The custom club name upgrade is switched off, and you can carry on playing Football Boss for free with any of the 92 clubs.
